Basic Lawn Maintenance

All Our Lawn Services Include Basic Lawn Maintenance which is mowing, edging, weed whacking (string trimming not weed management) & Blowing. The Prices Are Minimum Pricing, Cost Varies Based On Lawn Size And Condition Of The Lawn. Starting rate is based on 0.40 acre lot (17,424sqft) or less.

Total Care Add-ons

In addition to our basic services, you’ll receive fertilization treatment & consultations on how to maintain your lawn. Services can include Hedge Trimming, Pressure Washing, Fertilization, Weeding Flowerbeds, & Hauling.

Fertilization

Starting at $80/application

Starting at $80 per application, we can build a plan for your unique lawn whether it is St. augustine (floratam), bermuda or bahia grass. We are certified to apply fertilizer & assist your lawn in greening up.

Covers 2,500 sqft, every 2,500 sqft there after is an additional $50. This is for slow release fertilizer.

Flower Bed Maintenance

Starting at $25/service

Starting at $25, we will pull big weeds, Weed whack the rest down and spray.

A full flowerbed hand weeding will start at $50 per service.

We offer herbicide and natural solution upon request.

*This service is not available outside of maintenance customers*

Hauling

Starting at $150

This Service Is For Hauling Off Debris And Any Clearing. $125 Is Base Cost. Cost Will Vary Based On Amount, This Includes Clippings, Brush, Lawn Debris.

Starting @ $225+ for Heavy Loads/Rocks

*Do not haul any electronic, or household junk*

Off Season Services

During the Fall and Winter Months There Are Still Things That Can Be Done To Maintain & Protect Lawns. We Also Offer Services To Hang Christmas Lights and Take Them Down.

Commercial Lawn Maintenance

All commercial properties are agreed upon with binding contracts. All scope of work will be detailed with that contract. We have reference of commercial work and those who can testify for our outstanding work.
